Full Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Paweł Garbarz ("we", "us", "our", the "Developer") collects, uses, and shares information when you play the mobile game Harbor Harvest (the "Game") on iOS.
By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Summary
Harbor Harvest is a free-to-play game with no ads and no third-party analytics. We do not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location. The only third-party processing involved is Apple's own StoreKit, used to deliver optional in-app purchases, as described below.
2. Information we collect

We do not collect: your name, email, phone number, precise or coarse location, contacts, photos, health data, financial account details, browsing history, messages, or your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). We do not use any advertising SDK or analytics SDK.
Your game progress (coins, upgrades, Almanac, settings) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.
3. Third-party services
The Game integrates exactly one third-party service:
- Apple StoreKit / App Store (purchases). Apple processes and stores your purchase; we receive only your entitlement status (for example, whether a purchase was completed). Privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy
We do not control how Apple processes data once collected. Please review Apple's policy.
4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
Not applicable. The Game does not use any advertising or tracking SDK and does not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), so iOS will never show you an App Tracking Transparency prompt for this Game.
5. How we use information and our legal bases (GDPR)
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to deliver and restore in-app purchases you request.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for basic security and fraud prevention related to purchases, balanced against your rights.
We do not rely on consent as a legal basis because we do not collect any data that requires it (no advertising, no analytics).
6. Data sharing
We share data only with Apple (Section 3), and only for the purpose described. We do not sell your personal data for money, and we do not share it with advertisers or analytics providers because we do not use any.
7. Data retention
Purchase records are retained by Apple per its own policy. We do not separately retain any gameplay or usage data — there is no analytics pipeline to retain it in. Locally stored game progress remains on your device until you delete the Game.
8. Your rights
EEA/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
California (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any right, contact us at pawel@garbarz.eu. Because we do not maintain accounts and collect no advertising or analytics data, there is generally nothing to access, delete, or port beyond your Apple purchase history, which Apple itself can help you with directly.
9. Children's privacy
The Game is rated 4+ but is not directed at children and has no login, profile, or social features. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of COPPA (U.S.), the GDPR, or applicable Polish law. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact pawel@garbarz.eu and we will take appropriate action.
